Have these past few weeks flown by for you too? We are smack dab in the middle of making some big changes over at Full Feather Photography, but we wanted to take a brief time out to share some of our favorite images from the past few weeks. We also want to say THANK YOU to all of our feathered friends for making 2013 a really prosperous year!  

We have some big plans in the making for 2014, including new camera equipment, professional editing software & a total makeover of our website.  All of which will allow us to work more efficiently, so we can provide you with professional images & a fast turnaround time.

Christmas Mini Sessions in Owasso from Full Feather Photography

Our Christmas Mini Sessions are now open for booking!  Please visit our website to view our Current Specials. We are processing all bookings through our website.

We have made arrangements with the owner to allow us on the property, but you might not be able to access the gift shop, or other tree farm activities. The Tree Farm will be closed to the public during these sessions.

Each mini session includes approximately 15 minutes of session time & 5 hand-edited digital images with print release. We will pick out the 5 best digital images & will deliver them to you via e-mail within 10 days of the session. Most times, we end up with more than 5 images of each child/children. All of the photos will be available on an online gallery, should you wish to order digital downloads of any of the remaining photos. We also offer prints & other photo merchandise, including photo greeting cards.

Mini Sessions at Shepherd's Cross Pumpkin Festival

That's a wrap! Full Feather Photography wants to share the final photos from our 2013 Pumpkin Patch Mini Sessions. The second round took place at Shepherd's Cross near Claremore, Oklahoma.  Their Pumpkin Festival runs from October 1st to October 30th this year, they have lots of fun activities for families & children.  

Below are some of our favorite images from our weekend at Shepherd's Cross:

This year, a portion of all session fees was collected up to be donated back to the Heart of the Shepherd charity.  

"Heart of the Shepherd, Inc., is a public non-profit organization, founded in December of 2006, with a governing board of directors. Our mission is to teach people both local to Oklahoma and throughout the world about the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ, relating Biblical scripture to agriculture, horticulture, and farm animals."

Pumpkin Patch Mini Sessions at Pumpkin Town in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Greetings from the pumpkin patch! 

Full Feather Photography is very excited to share photos from our recent Pumpkin Patch Mini Sessions held at Pumpkin Town in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We first posted about these pumpkin patch minis in early September & boy, did they fill up quickly! 

Below are some of our favorite images from our weekend at Pumpkin Town:

This year, a portion of all session fees was collected up to be donated back to a charity affiliated with the patch.  For Pumpkin Town, we chose the Food for Kids organization, funded by the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. 

"It provides a weekly sack full of shelf-stable food during the school year to feed school aged children at risk of hunger through the weekend when school meals are not available. During the school year, free and reduced cost breakfast and lunch are available to eligible students Monday through Friday.  On Friday, a bag of food is given to students identified by the school as lacking sufficient food for the weekend."

Full Feather Photography was able to raise $100.00 for the Food for Kids drive & we want to say THANK YOU to all of the parents & grandparents who participated this year.

Pumpkin Patch Mini Sessions from Full Feather Photography

Full Feather Photography will be hosting another round of mini sessions at two preferred pumpkin patches again this Fall, one in Tulsa, & one in Claremore. This year we've also teamed up with some awesome local charity organizations to give back to our community.  

Due to the popularity of these sessions, we are asking parents to book in advance this year.  Please CONTACT US today to reserve your spot.  Now for the details...

Each mini session is limited to 1-3 children, ages 6 months & up. (We may make a few exceptions for younger babies, but ask that you contact us first to visit more about this).  

The session will last 15 minutes, & will include 5 digital images with a print release. The edited images will be delivered to you via email about one week after the session. Prints or other photo items are available for purchase from our lab as well. 

We expect to fill these mini sessions quickly, so we ask that you click here to email us as soon as possible to reserve your spot. We will send you some more information about the mini sessions, including our Contract & Ala Carte Pricelist. *Please note, the $35.00 session fee is due at booking & we prefer to accept payments via Paypal. We will email our Paypal Invoice to you, once you are ready to book.  (We will accept a check via snail mail, but you will need to contact us ASAP, so we can pencil you into the schedule.)  Please don’t hesitate to ask, if you have any questions or concerns.

Popsicle Party Mini Sessions

Whew! One thing's for certain: Hosting a mini-session in July in Oklahoma is challenging, but so much fun! Despite all the hard work that goes into planning, shooting & processing, it always pays off in the end.

This was our first time to host back-to-back minis in two locations: Blue Creek Park, on beautiful Oologah Lake on Friday, July 19^th & LaFortune Park in Tulsa on Saturday, July 20^th.  The theme was a patriotic popsicle party & boy, did we enjoy making a mess!

All of the children were very cooperative & they didn’t seem to mind the heat too much. As you can see from the photos, we all had a great time.  

We’re excited to have met some new clients & to have had a chance to catch up with some of our previous clients.
